Returns & Refund Policy – Stock Lay

We accept returns within 15 days after delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product).

To initiate a return, contact us at stocklayllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return label and instructions to ship the product back.

Refunds are processed only after the supplier confirms receipt and approval of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

⚠️ Please note:

• Returns submitted after the 15-day window will not be accepted.

• Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition are not eligible.

• Hygiene and intimate items (such as shapewear, underwear, or personal care products) are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.
